Great Interval Trainer for the i

I bought this for my iPhone/ new gen iPod Touch a few days ago and I gotta say its been a joy to use!

OK so it doesnt do every single conceivable interval combination but it definitely does what is its meant to do as far as interval training goes and after looking at some other interval trainers /timers whatever, this is by far the best. Looking forward to my running sessions even more now as this has given me a new spark of inspiration..

The best bit is the really slick dual music playlist on this where Ive set up my fast interval music and my slow interval music. This is genius! Cant rate it highly enough! Thanks to the developers :) Five stars!
