Buggy on iOS4

Sleep doesnt fully turn off. I get the vibrate prompt, but no voice. Unusable in my pocket. I have to hold my phone in my hand to be able to use the app and feel it vibrate to indicate interval switch. Voice works if I keep touching the screen to keep it from going into sleep mode, so I know I have the voice button set correctly. As soon as I let it sleep, the voice doesnt function. Frustrating.
